Volunteering for Mountain bike Trail Building, raking dirt, picking our rocks and smashing them into the trail with a sledge hammer. Four hours of work and 30 minutes of hiking to get there.

It was exhausting ❗️

Up to six yellow resistance band pull ups and chin ups!

With my latest injury, I'm really just trying to maintain this and my five minute plank....

Don’t push it if in recovery, that could set you really back. Be patient, you will get back on track!

The injury is lower body, so I'm focusing on upper body - all good! (but thanks for looking out for me!)

Walked 2.48 miles in 38 min 20 sec.

I like to do that every day, sometimes more sometimes less. All on a flat roadway. That and a healthy diet has let me lose 30 pounds and 8" off my waist in 11 Months. I haven't started weight exercises yet, but have it in mind.

Not bad for an old guy huh?

I was on a treadmill for the first time in years, I spent 15 minutes there, baby steps I know but I liked it. After that I spent about 5 minutes on an equipment to help my chest and shoulder, have no idea what it’s called, and 5 more minutes in strengthening my wrists. Then I lifted a few baby weights. 40 minutes in total including walking from the parking lot to the gym and back.
