I really kind of over did thing yesterday, and was tempted to skip today, but didn't.
Did my HIIT class for a good sweat - then a half hr cxworks (abd/core) class.....skipped out on swimming.....maybe in the next couple of days. I've neglected swimming ----but too damn exhausted and hungry to hit the laps.
Much less exercise on vacation than we thought due to inclement weather, but a six mile hike and lots of strolling.
First day back, weights at the gym for 50 mins, I went pretty light, and 15 mins racquetball.
