had intentions to do my Sunday morning long run, but decided to cut it short to 4 miles @ 8:03. Was thinking about skipping any fitness stuff today altogether, so 4 miles is better than none.

Cooler day here in Tampa area so that was nice.

Broke in first pair of Hoka running shoes - first time in this brand and felt a little heavy. Not sure I like them any better than my Brooks. But it's a change. Like to mix up shoes every other run.

Think the barre class yesterday caused the legs to be a little fatigued/sore.

Happy Easter everyone.

I'm starting 90 pound dumbbell chest press today. Excited, but a little frightened all the same!

I skipped my cardio hiit workout yesterday so I did it today. I started including jumping rope in my hiit workout. I was exhausted after but still got in a half hour of Pilates. It was all mat work, mostly laying down so wasn’t too bad. Finished with 15 minutes of stretching.

Cycled roughly 25 miles in just over 80 minutes; could have done better but my heart wasn't quite in it today
