A well-rounded diet high in vegetables, good fats and protein gives me better energy than a vegetarian diet (I was a vegetarian for two years).

I would get yourself checked out. There is no free lunch. Losing weight?

That pretty much describes my diet, except proteins are non-animal of course. A lot of vegetarians do not eat particularly healthful foods. There is no shortage of overweight vegetarians.

Why don't you just say "Thank you, Lord, for blessing me with good health (as of now)" and be on and happy with you life? We GOT IT you are vegetarian. You eat right, you exercise, you are a stout boy - just live your life. Stay fit. That's it. You never know what comes next moment, so ENJOY your blessings.

How many miles, and how long, were you on the treadmill? "600 calories" is not meaningful.

I was doing a Keto diet for the longest time, in collaboration with my olympic weight training.

Now I'm doing more of an all-around diet... carbs mostly from sweet potatoes and rice (less than 100-125 per day and most only on training days) and everything else, mostly beef, broccoli, spinach, eggs, bacon, pork...

Training has never been better..

Double your workout.

As for sweating

Move to Louisiana or east Texas....you'll be sweating, even standing still

what the hell, I just jogged for 1 hour on the treadmill at 7.7 mph the whole time and a 5.0 incline and I'm still not tired. I was sweating but I'm still not tired. I guess it is because I'm a vegetarian then.

so other than me being vegetarian what can be another reason why it's hard for me to get tired? I put myself to the test today to see if I would last 1 hour without stopping and I did. I can't really come up with anything else other than being vegetarian because when I used to eat meat I wouldn't last long and sweat and get tired fast.
