Hey fellas, I had to attend a friends birthday party today and ended up gulping down 2 slices of pizza topped with olives & green peppers for lunch out of desire . I want to burn out these extra calories during my afternoon workout. Since I am operating on a very tight schedule, I will be unable to work out for more than 45 minutes.

What is the most efficient way to burn out 620 calories in 45 minutes. I typically NEVER eat pizza more than twice per year (and usually end up eating it after 8 miles of hiking up the slopes), but did so out of guilty pleasure today. My aim is to get rid of all the excess fat and come down to 181 lb upper limit (after eating a meal) by valentines day. By July 4th, I want to weigh less than 160 lb upper limit. No intention of building muscle here, just want to lose fat.

FYI, I am currently 6'0.5" and 191.2 lb upper limit right now which is a BMI of 25.6 and have a BFP of 22.4 %.

Burning calories, diet, exercise, etc does not work that way.

Let me get this straight. You are pushing 6.1 and you goal weight is less than 160. That is too thin and you will be underweight.

You need to lose the time table first and foremost. Just clean up your diet and push yourself when you exercise. The weight will come off.

Yep, that's right. 160 lb is a BMI of 21.5 and hopefully BFP will come down to 17 % as well assured I work out hard enough.

A BMI of 21.5 with BFP of 17 % is the Ideal picture perfect person.

BMI is for measuring populations, not an individual, so please, stop referring to it.

Olym[pic swimmers Phelps and Lachte are 6'4" and 6'1" respectively, and both weight 194lbs; you are going to look like a famine victim if you think you are oging to be 160 at your height, your muscle mass will be nothing, if you think you are weak now (which you are), you ahve not seen nothing yet. You will have the stamina of a dead horse as well, along with who knows how many other issues that come from starvation.

There is no iedal perfect person, maybe you have mental issues more so than physical fitness issues.

All of your threads are conflicting; you want to be strong, yet you want to weigh as much as a famine victim. You are after stregnth, eyt you are overly concerned with vanity. You solicit advice, yet you do not lsiten to any of it (referred to as an askhole).

easiest way is to short your diet 640 calories the next day.

you sure your 22% bf? thats pretty fat. at 6'1 and 191 you shouldn't be that fat, not saying it isn't possible, but most people that tall don't weigh 160 when ripped, unless they have no lean muscle mass and their bones resemble those of a bird more than a human. 175? sure.

If it makes any difference, I feast on pasta and pizza and all manner of carbs when I'm cutting, just have to do it properly. Post workout, keep it to 140g's of carbs, and only on workout days. Eat just meat and veggies on rest days, 150 grams of protein and a ton of veggies. You will lose the weight. Keep working out so you maintain what muscle mass you have.
