Any advice on what can keep me going the whole day other than coffee?
Have you had your thyroid checked?

To be honest I had a hormone test maybe 2 years back that checked out. Was checking my testosterone levels for the gym. And no I have never done steroids!

Well I went to my doctor today and got a shot in my nose to help me breathe better at night. Will post results in 2 days when it should completely kick in!

Next visit to your doctor, see if he can test you for vitamin B12 deficiency; he can give you a shot of B-12 if you need it.

First, I'd focus on getting more sleep and doing everything you can to make that happen. Get some Melatonin and maybe change your diet if it's affecting your sleep (late soft drinks, caffeine, sugars, etc). Then, if nothing changes, I'd get a full check up with blood work to see if anything else is wrong. As someone else mentioned, your thyroid or testosterone levels may be making you tired.

Try building up your workout a lot slower.

Start over at a point where your workouts do not cause you much fatigue during the day.........slowly build from there.

1. Get your thyroid checked!

2. Don't fall into the habit of coffee and energy drinks to keep you going. Bad news. Unhealthy.

3. Check your diet. Some foods could be causing you to drag.

4. When you go to bed, turn off the television and keep your cell phone away from your bed and off.

5. Try going to bed and getting up at the same time everyday (no snooze button). It makes a difference.
