You need progressive overload, to keep adding muscle. Pushup bars are a good Idea for you for a great progression.
Can you talk a little more about progressive overload?
What's the difference between doing pushups on your hands and using a pushup bar? I have one of those Iron Man upper body workout bars, but I still prefer to put my hands on the floor.
You do 250 pushups all at once? I wouldn't think you'd notice any difference from doing pushups if you're already so ripped!
You'd be surprised how the push up can chisel everything in more detail. Not to mention this is a body strength exercise.....I love body strength exercises.

I like to put weight on my back and pretty much just try to beat my previous weight/reps number. It's a good way of making bodyweight movements (that involve core as well as upper body) more progressively challenging. The knock on bodyweight exercises (by some people) is that you can "only go so far", but adding weight alleviates that.

I've been doing 5 sets/3 times per week. I notice and feel a difference in my triceps.
Push ups, pull ups and dips are going to be a big part of my workout.
Anyone else do push ups?
Everyone in military basic training does pushups.
