I wish that losing fat in your stomach could easily be corrected by doing abdominals.. however it's all in the diet. Working your core is important and I am not saying don't do it... but if you don't stick to a strict diet you are not going to lose the weight.

I'm not trying to be snarky, but this is a humble brag if I have ever seen one. :/

Why would you even think that there is anything wrong with the way your mid-section looks? Especially at age 50, after having four kids?

What do you suggest to get rid of this weird upper roll?
I hear you! I have the same issue. The weird thing is that my arms, legs, and hips are thin, but I have that upper stomach roll. My doctor said the only thing I can do is lose weight, but you can't spot lose weight...then my arms and legs look too thin when I do lose weight! Frustrating!!

Plus 3

I agree with the above.

WildCard ... you look nice at 50 ... but you often post large pics of yourself in other people's threads?

Sometimes it seems like you're doing it just to fish for compliments?

The focus of the thread should be on the OP, and her issues.

Whenever you post a picture, it simply takes the attention away from the OP, and puts the attention on you.

Don't listen to all the negativity Wildcard. You go ahead and post more pic's of yourself. Can you post your a$$ next? Note - I like thongs.

A breast shot would be OK too.
