I wish that losing fat in your stomach could easily be corrected by doing abdominals.. however it's all in the diet. Working your core is important and I am not saying don't do it... but if you don't stick to a strict diet you are not going to lose the weight.

You've had children??? This can happen when the muscle above navel get stretched or as the doctor will tell you, it tears from childbirth as your belly ex-spans .. I call it a sad belly button, I didn't get any stretch marks but no matter what , I can't tighten it up after four births and was told a tummy tuck would need be done..Well I'm 50 and happily married of 32 years to a man who doesn't mind. Plus I'm to chicken~ ...
I'm not trying to be snarky, but this is a humble brag if I have ever seen one. :/
Why would you even think that there is anything wrong with the way your mid-section looks? Especially at age 50, after having four kids?
I have this weird stomach. I have a fat roll at the top, whereas most people gain weight with a roll around the bottom. I'm 5'8 and 150 lbs.
I'm just starting on a workout journey for the first time in my life at age 36 (female).
What do you suggest to get rid of this weird upper roll?
I hear you! I have the same issue. The weird thing is that my arms, legs, and hips are thin, but I have that upper stomach roll. My doctor said the only thing I can do is lose weight, but you can't spot lose weight...then my arms and legs look too thin when I do lose weight! Frustrating!!
