I use my phone as my alarm clock and find that it is the most reliable alarm clock I have owned. At my last job I bought a basic alarm clock and it didn't even go off and I overslept for work. Was so embarrassed. I wonder if this could be making me worse.

My phone doesn't emit light even when on unless it is being actively used. I wish it did, because then I could gain weight, which I very much need to do, being underweight in the first place.

Yep and also sleeping next to phone and certain devices can lead to cancer and damaging brain cells. You have to be cautious and careful

My iPhone does not emit light when off. I use it as my alarm clock, and it is my only phone, so I have it on my bed in case my dad or kids call or text. I cannot keep it on my nightstand, because my dear cats knock anything off, so on the bed it stays.

I fall asleep to the TV playing and have it shut off with the sleep timer after an hour or so. In the morning, I turn on the TV to the early Today show or local news, depending when I awake (or more accurately, whenever the cats awake me to remind me to get up in an hour or 2 to feed them breakfast).

Put it on a table nearby or next to your bed. It's safer that way.

I find not only people are getting bigger, but the phones are, too.

Coincidence? I think not.

I watch sex before sleeping, because I'm too ugly for a hookup.
