I missed the whole craze Wii Fit had when it came out. So I have no idea how effective this game is for fitness.
On the days I just don't feel like speed walking, jump-roping, or doing Pilates will Wii fit suffice in getting my fitness in for the day? I heard it makes exercising fun a bit? How true is that?
What are some other games that are good for weight loss if not Wii Fit?
