Has anyone have personal experience with this service? I understand it is 2/1 Internet which is more than fine for mr at 14.99 plus a 4.99 modem lease fee.
I signed up but I recieved an email saying my monthly bill will be 20.98 dollars per month and a 47.99 dollar installation fee (I was quoted 29.99 but I reviewed their website and it is 47.99 for NYC) and a "$130 'C.O.D. charge). What is this charge for? The rep unsurprisingly did no inform me of this charge. Should I be paying this? And how are any current customer's experience with tbis service?
