I know that most people like to lift weights but does anyone workout without them? Like say just running, pushups, and sit ups?

I like using workout videos sometimes, as a change. And I like doing lunges because they can be done easily anywhere, and they usually make me sore. :-)

For the last two years I have been doing body weight exercises 6 days a week : push-ups (reg, wide, diamond), pull-ups (reg, wide) to sternum height, dips, handstands and handstand push-ups (against a wall), a variety of ab exercises on the floor and hanging from a bar. In addition to those exercises, I do 40-60 min of cardio 4 to 6 times a week.

Btw, I'm 62 y/o, 6'1", 184 lbs, 33-1/2" waist and retired.

I also hit a speedbag for 15-30 minutes at a clip. Speedbag sound boring?

Checkout this workout:

This is a short clip of an indie movie made by a good friend of mine, Joe Saba.

Correction....34" waist. That's what can happen after not eating properly and missing cardio for two weeks.

I do DDP Yoga which uses dynamic resistance with yoga to not use weights but give you a very good workout.
