Hi Guys,

I really need some help.. I have been doing gym for about a year now and my face is really getting thin .. Like i have lost all my great cheeks etc..
I am drinking serious mass too .. I am not sure.. should i just do light weights?
I really dont want to loose any more fat from FACE as its looking real bad ..
Please share tips .

Absolutely do NOT do extended aerobics like jogging - that removes all facial fat. I too have to be careful, I am an older female with an already thin face. I do not want to lose any more weight because my face gets thinner.

I mean i dont do any jogging .. cause i dont have any fat..
I feel when i do heavy weights .. its getting more thin? is that correct ?
Should i go light weights more reps?

I run myself been doing it since I was 16, I'm 51 now do workout with light weights and my face hasn't change , other then due to age...

OP, what is your age and gender? Body type? Sounds like you're pretty thin. You may have a fast metabolism and perhaps should consider upping your calorie intake. That's a guess off the top of my head.

Also, lifting 7 days a week...Maybe perhaps give yourself a rest day or two even.
