The hands down best sports bra I have ever owned is an Under Armor with a zip front. I have two and they are they are about $50 - $60. They are worth every penny and they last as long as long as you air dry them and not put them in the dryer.

I am sure there are other brands that are great as well, the key here is that you are going to have to lay down some bucks to get the comfort and support you need. You get what you pay for.

I find it funny that so many comments are from obvious breast-lovers and on another thread the breastfeeding bashing is going on. Gotta wonder if the breast fanciers would still want pictures if there was a nursing baby attached.

My SO barely fills out a AA cup and they are big enough that she uses a sports bra. A Champion I think... Target brand. I think more women though should use rowing machines or exercise bikes or stair climbers and avoid treadmills like the plague.

Yep. If you're going to be doing any kind of high-impact activity, you can't expect that those little cheapy stretchy elastic band numbers are going to do anything to help the girls out. There are sports bras with underwire or molded cups to offer additional support. Like with a regular bra, you need to find sports bras that fit well, but are also functional. Athleta has some good ones, but you can also come across some good bras at TJMaxx or Marshalls, surprisingly.

I have never found a sports bra that will prevent bounce, tone it done yes but not prevent.
When women walk or run there is bounce, it is natural and I would think if you have good support even with a bit of bounce all will be fine.

Why avoid a treadmill? I use mine often but I walk on it and never "run" on it or anywhere else.
I am not physically able to use other exercise machines and the treadmill is the best for me.

Lululemon's Tata Tamer, hands down. It's pricey, as well...but you get what you pay for.

I run, lift, do yoga, everything workout related in it. It's awesome. It has adjustable back straps, too--you can keep them straight, or you can criss cross them.

Moving Comfort makes the best running bras I have tried. I found them years ago, and I probably have 10 of the same style, in different colors.
