Is anyone familiar with a series of 5 exercises known as the
Tibetan Energy Rejuvenation Rites? I've been doing exercise #1 for the past 15 years. It has helped me to maintain a tremendous sense of balance. I did all 5 of them for about a year, but my back started hurting and I stopped doing all of them except for exercise #1. These exercises were quite popular at the Edgar Cayce center ( ARE ) in Virginia Beach in the early 90's. I don't hear much about them anymore.
