How anyone can think that looks cool or whatever is crazy - looks plain awful, fake, disproportionate. The story itself is sad, how someone cannot see the harm they are doing to themselves just for some superficial reason. IMO what makes it worse is he wasn't even competing for anything, the reason I generally believe most go overboard.

This guy looks like a fool - glad he didn't lose his arms, but it sounds like he came close. Very misguided and stupid.

And, even Lou Ferrigno (who played The Hulk on the late '70's TV series) didn't look like this - he was just a regular bodybuilder...

Too bad for this guy - his before pics look like he could have packed on some decent muscle plus he's good looking. There has to be something going on within that's making him feel like he has to compensate like this
