Any one try it? I'm starting the full plan next week but started doing some of the workouts this week and I was pleasantly surprised with the workouts. They are only 30 minutes long but pretty high intensity.
I have been doing the 21 day fix for 12 days now. I can’t see any difference in my body at all. I mean I feel better. But is haven’t lost anything yet.

Hi, I am only 4’11 and presently weigh 118 x11=1298+400=1698-750=948 total caloric intake……..I think. I read in this website: www.moniquesfitness.com that i should round up to 1200 calories. If that is true, how can I lose weight since I’m consuming more like a maintenance program than wt. loss? I need to
lose 8 lbs. and I’m struggling with that!!! Please advise. Thanks so much.

The work outs are only 30 minutes. If you cannot take 30 minutes out of your day to focus on your self you need to reevaluate things. Your health needs to be priority.

I work full time and go to school at night. My "free" time is spend studying and completing homework/projects. I still make time to workout.
Give up a sitcom, or something.
Anyway,

I do find her videos encouraging, as there are many different body types shown.
And yes, they are tough, but doable for someone in or out of shape.
