Hey, I agree.. it's working for me! In 5 weeks I've lost 9 lbs and I haven't done anything (overly) stressful, tiring or monotonous to do it. I've eaten about the same foods, just smaller portions. I've had to get used to feeling hungry, tho.

Well, Bodytype is composition more than genes. If anything, the somatypes have more to do with the ability to gain muscle and one's bone structure than ability to gain or lose adipose tissue.

My body type? Well -- it depends on my diet and excerise and the amount of other activity I get. I have gone through phases where I've been basically a couch potato and not worked out as much as usual and my eating isn't as clean as it should be and my body type drifts to endomorphic. When I'm healthy it's mesomorphic. I could never be ectomorphic as my frame is much to large

I used to get people to eat five tuna salad sandwiches a day spread out over the entire day......it was the only way to get them to eat more times per day. After a few days we begin to have some of the tuna with raw veggies like spinach, tomatoes, broccoli and cabbage and sorta wean them off the bread. For variety we go to chicken breast and sweet potatoes with plenty of olive oil...the next thing ya know we are taking in flaxseed oil and/or fish oil throughout the day. Even tossed in a bit of cheese and salsa to keep things interesting. Eventually the craving for junk passes, body fat begins to vanish and the individuals become self motivated to continue the journey.......we wash it all down with water.......ok, a diet soda here and there but water is the key.....

And a little help from illegal thermogenics . But I am sure we probably can't discuss that here. Anyways, I drink a lot of water, work out at the gym , walk a lot, eat right and the difference is noticeable. friends and co-workers are noticing.

That's the best advice and makes the most sense of anything in losing weight.
