Nothing you can do at that point but find a bathroom FAST, which should help you run faster. Maybe that's the best thing that can happen to a runner on the track.
I've never got the runs while running. Having the runs is a good indication of bacterial infection in the digestive system which I can't recal having in so long.
Not me. My cardio is pretty much limited to short warm ups before workouts and >30mins of dedicated time.
30 is still pretty good though. Depends on how well you breathe and how much energy you have. I used to only do weights and get winded easily. Now that I do an hour of cardio after each workout I've been able to increase my reps/sets and decrease my rest periods significantly when weightlifting.
