Lossing weight in the butt area of your body

What really works is:

1. work on your diet
2. CARDIO!!! (to lose body fat %..no such thing as spot reduction!)
3. Lunges, Squats with weights (to tone) --- I usually use 20 lbs. each hand, one-legged deadlift ...from my experience, the buttblaster cannot compare to those exercises

You can't really spot reduce fat. You'll have to lose fat over all.

I agree with Barbell Squats. Also Lunges will do a great job of hitting the glutes. Deadlifts will too. I wouldn't do butt blaster stuff... seems fluffy.
