She's 5'1, 115-120, and can squat 225lbs for 3 perfect reps. I've been to huge gyms all over the country and have only see a few women ever squat that much. I know power lifter type women can, but not very many women that don't train to compete. She's 22 and has been lifting 2.5 years.
We also have our diet really dialed in well, but do enjoy our cheat meals still.
Attached is a picture I took before NYE this year. Didn't even realize the sweep on her quads in the pic till I zoomed in lol. She might be a bit much for some, but she has a butt to match and her upper body is much more balanced. She actually does zero quad work except squats every 7-10 days, because her quads are so overpowering.
Looking at that pic I personally don't find that attractive AT ALL. Is that a lady or a dude dressed in a skirt?

I find muscular legs very attractive on a woman, especially muscular thighs. Do you prefer bird legs or the extremely fat legs that are so common among Walmart shoppers.
I really don't understand why people are critical of women who exercise. The only logical explanation is jealousy. I see so many women who spend time and money on things that don't make them attractive or are simply a cosmetic fix. Yet when a women lifts exercises, people are quick to make personal attacks like the one above. It has to be jealousy!
I've been lifting since I was 14. I'm not sure what the OP is talking about when referring to women who lift weights as "too masculine." I've never been able to bulk up and look like a female body builder. I would have to take enhancement hormones as I just don't have the testosterone to achieve that look.
As females there's so many benefits to weight lifting. We lose muscle mass faster than males as we age and no one wants to be a frail old lady who can't enjoy life because we're too weak. It's cute and adorable to be skinny... but it's imperative that we're strong. It can help stave off injuries that come with age. Our bodies can be our enemies (again, as we age), especially if we don't combat the weakness that comes along with it.
You can be feminine AND strong as a weightlifter. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. And for anyone to discourage women from lifting by saying BS like "it's too masculine" well... they need to be ignored. All they are doing is perpetuating ignorance and discouraging a healthier lifestyle. Maybe their embarrassed that a chick can lift more than them.
Perhaps the message of the importance of weight lifting is finally getting to women. And I encourage women to go to the gym and not just do the cardio. Weight lifting can really have an affect on the overall look of the body and there's zero downside to it. Strong is in.
All women have chest & butts, just like all men have penises and butts...
