I have been pretty good about working out 5 days a week lifting weights. I can even feel my butt has grown a bit. I always stretch after I work out but my hamstrings can still be sore for days after. I spent the night with a guy and he told me my butt was twitching in my sleep. It never does that when I'm awake so it doesn't bother me. I'm just wondering why the twitching when I'm asleep? I'm wondering if this has something to do with how tight my hamstrings are and maybe they need to be streteched more? Anybody have any ideas? Could it be from soreness?

Your gluteal muscles, and nerves are relaxing...

There could be also a deficiency of magnesium, calcium or potassium causing abnormal muscular irritability. Discuss this with your physician who can order the appropriate tests.
