Your weights normal but below the average for your height. For reference alot of sports with ladies weight classes have the lowest class @ 105lb so whiIe you could drop a little weight, you wouldnt really want to go below that.

Would suggest you focus on eating cleaner and do some exercise especially weights. You'll prob find you'll dop a couple of lb from the exercise. If you keep your weight constant you should find your body composition improves and the fat goes.

Given your goal of a flatter stomach, you will need to lose more weight. There is no other way.

Have you tried actually working out? I don't mean that in a jerk way---I mean that because I am also pretty thin but I have almost no definition in my legs because I do a lot of walking and not really anything else.

I'd rather not lose anymore weight. Before I started my current job I weighed 125 and now I weigh 111. As far as I can tell I lose light no weight from the stomach. I lost all my fat in my bust.

I haven't worked out in the oast, but for the past 3 weeks I've been working out about three times a week.

Abs exercises will help burn calories, so they are beneficial. However, the best abs can still be covered up if weight is not lost. You look fine as you are, so I'm only answering based on what your ultimate goal is.

Ok - first let me start by saying there is a TON of misinformation out there. I don't claim to be an expert, but I can claim to be an expert on my body. I am 5'3 and weigh 115. Here is a picture of me about 4 weeks ago, right before I started lifting HEAVY weights!

Skinny fat-img_1880.jpg

I too have been skinny my entire life. As I got older I started gaining weight in my midsection like you. I did a TON of research and pulled on my past experience and concluded this.

In order to lose weight when you are already "skinny" you must lift weights. It is the only way. Think of it like this. If you gain muscles in your legs(booty) and arms(shoulders), you'll have more curves that will help your frame. When your shoulders and booty/legs are bigger - it gives the illusion of a smaller waist. Not to mention, muscle weighs more than fat. AND, when you have a lot of muscle mass, your metabolism is naturally higher throughout the day, not just the hour you do cardio.

I currently lift weights 5 times a week with 1 day as HIIT cardio. I eat 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fats. I used MyFitnessPal to track everything I'm eating. I also eat 2,000 calories a day. This is so I am feeding my muscles to grow. Once I've got some decent muscle mass (probably another 6 weeks), then I'll cut back to 1800 calories a day following a 30% carb, 40% protein and 30% fats.

My best friend and I are doing this program together as we are both classified as "skinny-fat"! If you want, we can connect and I can share with you our after results!
