I have heard of it. This is the same eating and workout plan used on the TV show Extreme Makeover. In fact, I have tried this program. It is pretty strict and hard to follow, BUT it does work. I think what I learned from it and still use today, are how the different foods work for my body type. You learn how different body types react (and gain or lose weight) to different kinds of foods. I also learned things like grapefruit is a natural appetite suppressant, and asparagus is a natural diuretic and helps. The hardest part of this program, is that it makes you cut out almost all forms of salt and sodium so that you don't retain any water weight. This leads to tasteless, bland, and boring food which is very hard to keep eating after a few months.
