Getting back into lifting after about 7 years off. Looking to trim about 20 pounds of fat as well. I think the low/no fat protein I used to get was by a company called O-N or ON...?
What's a good one these days that won't break the bank?
Also do you guys think it is best to mix it with water? I had read in the past that that made it easier for the body to absorb...
And on top of a good diet if you were going to add one more thing into this mix what would it be? A certain multivitamin? My days of creative and n o xplode are over.

I wouldn't worry about your protein being fat free.
Personally, I love 1st Phorm's juicy watermelon flavor protein.
Yes, I would suggest taking a daily multi and about 3000mg of high quality fish oil.

You drink watermelon-flavored protein?? Bleecchhhh. Tbh I'd be way too scared to try a fruit flavored protein powder, I rarely ever veer from chocolate. Beverly Internation UMP's cookie's and cream flavor though....bomb.

See, I'm not a fan of chocolate or other "dessert" type flavors of protein.
Depends what you want? I can recommend a few. Do you like artificial sweeteners? Whats your budget? Look at the back of a lot of proteins. They are loaded with garbage sweetners....

Anything you'll find off the shelf at GNC or Walgreens is pretty good. I mix mine with non-fat milk most of the time but water too sometimes if I ran out of milk. And usually throw a banana in the blender to give it a more natural taste. Some of these have small amounts of creatine mixed in with them that will give you a little extra boost.
Yeah get a good daily multi-vitamin like Centrum or ideally a cheaper generic brand that's on sale. There's nothing about those that warrants paying more for the brand name.
