What? Things aren't always as they seem on the internet? I think she came up with a really good marketing strategy. But we're still looking at and judging the female form and we're still equating fitness with appearance. Aren't we over that yet?
A couple of those girls are about as lean as they could be. They are simply sticking out their stomachs. Some of the other ones are carrying a few extra pounds. I would guess they are probably at the higher ranges of the "normal" body fat percentages for women their ages.
X2
The "rolls" on many of those women are just skinfolds.
Just increase whole plant based foods such as whole grains (including whole wheat), legumes, fruits and vegetables and decrease fat and animal products and that problem will resolve.
They call it a wheat belly for a reason, avoiding wheat is the best solution to an unsightly belly- mainly caused from the horrid properties of MODERN WHEAT.

Wheat belly is a made up term used to market fad diet books. Nothing puts fat in a specific area. Genetics determines where fat is stored.
Just eliminate wheat from diet and that issue resolves itself.
This is not true. That whole "wheat belly" thing is just another gimmick. At least it made the quack who wrote it rich.
Do you have celiac disease? I have a friend who has that and she blames EVERYthing on wheat and gluten. Just because she cannot eat it, nobody should eat it. It gets old.

Yes, exactly. Apple vs pear etc is all genetics. I can be underweight so you see my ribs and I will still will carry my weight around my middle. This is how my parents were. This is how all of my family is. It does not matter what we eat, THIS WILL NOT CHANGE.
