Not sure what you're getting at re: AQ. If AQ is good for general living, should be good enough for working out, unless there's something I'm missing.
House has been tested for radon, no problem. Have carbon monoxide detectors, one in the gym and another in the room that has a wood-burning stove which has been rarely used since the 1980s. Some sort of anti-mold device on the oil burner.
Thanks for replying. I have a carbon monoxide detector in the basement and it has been tested for radon. Just checking to see if there was something I was missing. Thanks
My dad put one in the basement of his house. Before it was a wood floor, almost like a second living room. He changed it to the rubber type floor that gyms have and has a everything a regular gym would have. It's a pretty nice setup.
I think I was thinking maybe mold carbon monoxide etc. I have a carbon monoxide detector in the basement so I think I'm good
