Thigh toning
I'm approaching my mid-30s and have had the good fortune to weigh about the same (100 lbs) since high school. However, in the past couple of years I've really noticed that my thighs are getting more 'jiggly' and even some cellulite on the back, despite the fact that I haven't gained weight.
Any thoughts on specific exercises I can do? Anyone know why this happens? grrr... I eat right, exercise and even though I'm not obsessed with my body, these effects of aging can be SO frustrating.

30 seems to be the time to put on weight. That's what happened to me too.
Massage helps with the cellulite. You can do this yourself massaging your thighs with upward and firm strokes toward the heart.
Dry brushing also helps.

I like squats personally. Start off with just a bar and your body weight until you master your form. I ride bike and jog as well, but I think that it's the squats that keeps my thighs toned. Good luck.

I have the same problem! I attribute mine to too much sun back in my 20's that damaged the elasticity.I have been running and doing lunges lately, and it seems to be helping.I also always use the stairs when I'm out somewhere [instead of escalator or elevator]

Stairs stairs stairs. My thighs and rear never looked better than when I was working on the 23rd floor of a high-rise and used the stairs instead of the elevator.

Cardio and lifting weights will help. Lunges, squats, various leg exercises. They say spot treatment does not work, you can do cardio to lose weight all over, then do weights to tone.
Also, tan legs look slimmer so a bit of self tanner always helps as well. Good luck!

Squats should be your #1 choice to achieve your goal. Other excercise to include are leg extensions and leg curls. Lunges would be fine as well but not as good as the others.

If the problem is fat, then the answer is 80% diet, 20% training. If the problem is lack of muscle, the answer is 50% diet, 50% training.
Squats, deadlifts, lunges, good mornings, etc. are great for leg development. To cut down on fat, consume less calories than you use.
