honestly, i think i'm going to. i think i'm going to start holding my head higher in general. i think i kind of let my head fall a little bit and slant downwards which may be adding to it. or i can spend less time on my phone- win-win.
i actually just googled "double chin from looking at phone" and it seems like there's something called "smartphone face" lol maybe i have that
Also sleep on your back. I swear that is what has helped my husband's face. I used to be a stomach sleeper and scrunched my face too much. For a couple of years I have been trying to sleep on my back or side.
Sadly the side sleeping can cause hair thinning. Boy we just can't win for trying, lol.
it's age and genetics..you can't do anything about either one..
at 29?? i would say maybe 40, but i feel 29 is still young... genetics i could see but i didn't have it back when i was 125 pounds... maybe the weight gain just made it appear and there is no getting rid of it even though i'm back down to 132? or perhaps the extra 7 pounds is making a difference?

After age 20 skin begins to lose elasticity. 29 is almost 30. Not old but not that young either.
It's really not that big of a deal, but if you truly in fact have a double chin, then it is probably genetics. Even when I was 60lbs overweight, I didn't have a double chin. I did have double everything else, lol. In all likelihood it's the angle of your face, which, in the big picture, isn't such a big deal...

yeah i mean i know a lot of people who have done the whole bulk/cut cycle for bodybuilding or just gaining some muscle and it did NOT result in them having a permanent double chin.
i really only feel it's a big deal when i look back on old pictures of myself, but i guess that is just natural with aging in general.
I used to think that my dryer was shrinking my clothes.... turns out it was the refrigerator.
i'm still sticking to my phone theory.
