37 pull-ups. 43 chin-ups. Age 25, 5' 11", 185 lbs, male.

My short arms help. I always do weighted pull-ups, so regular ones are a breeze. I recommend that everyone do "negative reps" with weight once they've reached about 15 or so. You'll need a partner to assist you.

I can do 7 normal pull ups. In the last rep, I have to do a bit of cheating to get myself up enough.

Well, you can only do 6 "legit" pull ups then.

Could be better, could be worse. You'll improve with practice.

I can do 7 to 8 when fresh. I typically do 3 sets of 5 to 6 with bar-dips or push-ups in between.

47; Male; 159 lbs.

I was up to about 15 before focusing on running again. I can do 25 to 30 push-ups. I haven't tried to do those until failure in some time. A couple of years ago I was up to 40 push-ups.

cd :O)
