Richard Sandrak was born in April 1992. His father, Pavel, was a champion martial artist, and his mother was an aerobics competitor. You could say the little boy from Ukraine was born into fitness.

In 1994, Pavel packed up his family and moved to Pennsylvania.

Seems like a fine, sensible adult that learned from his father's mistakes. Good-looking man now and I like his humbleness.

Interesting article. Thanks for sharing.

I remember this kid, he was famous for the 'viral' images of him being ripped.

Dad pushed it too much on him.

He looks good. Just a normal, healthy adult.

That little kid version of him sorta creeped med out. The vid clip sorta seemed like the dad was the one overly pushing the kid. Typical jerk-off type of guy, that over-amped type of bully that beat up his wife and pressured his kid too much.

The guy said he just got board of lifting weights. He looks fine too me. I need to lose some weight and would love to be in the same normal weight/muscle range he's at. Could use a tiny bit more muscle but not much more.
