Have you heard about 7 min abs

This is going to blow your mind. Listen to this: 7... Minute... Abs. Think about it. You walk into a video store, you see 8-Minute Abs sittin' there, there's 7-Minute Abs right beside it. Which one are you gonna pick, man? Bingo, 7-Minute Abs. And we guarantee just as good a workout as the 8-minute folk. How do I guarantee it? If you're not happy with the first 7 minutes, we're gonna send you the extra minute free. You see? That's it.

Wow that is some fantasy thinking he's toned under all that blubber. He lives on junk food and is proud of it.

You seen the pic of Trump's golf swing from behind, layers of blubber.

We haven't had a fatter president since Glover Cleveland.

No doctor would tel a 70 year old man with that much fat he's in tip top shape. He'd be putting the fear of God in him about losing weigh or he's going to have a heart attack.

I beg to differ, but that's another topic for another thread.

The secret to getting the six pack is not a secret. Exercise more, eat fewer calories. There's no mystery about it. Doing both cardio and strength training can speed up the six pack acquisition, if you ever get it at all.

Also, aren't the sources of your fitness articles the Weekly World News and the National Enquirer?
I'd do him.

Really? Why? Because he's rich, famous and powerful? That describes millions of American success stories, thousands of them Trump's age and older, who have kept their weight in reasonable bounds, and exude an appearance of dapper, or at least professional, confidence. Just saying.

@Trumpstuff
The guy is 70+, There might be plenty of arguments to be had regarding his role as president, but healthwise I'd hope to be doing as well at 70+... I'm not saying there is much muscle to be seen, but at least he looks like he wont die to tomorrow, so there is that...

Also regarding the vid in OP...
Why complicate it... this topic must have been nagged to death by tons of people by now but here we go:

If you have a routine consisting of whatever amount cardio and whatever amount ab-exercises, the flatness of the stommach (aka fat-reduction) is gonna be >99% from your cardio and calorie deficit, and <1% from your ab-exercises.
Your ab-strength and volume on the other hand is gonna be >99% from ab-exercises and calorie excess, and <1% from your cardio.
The short explanation is of course that the movements required to fatigue you through ab-exercises require far less energy(calories) while the amount of cardio it takes to fatigue you will end up so much more that the amount you burned through ab-exercises will become close to insignificant.

You don't get rid of any significant portion of fat above your abs from training your abs, and spot-reduction of fat is a myth perpetrated by hoaxers trying to sell ****.

Donald Trump rode a golf cart 700 yards instead of walking with world leaders

Damn right. If your girl had run a better campaign and won, we'd have a trim, fit President.

Default Diet is the Key

I agree 100%. Ab work will develop ab muscles but will not melt fat. Read Vince Gironda, the most famous bodybuilding trainer of all time. He said bodybuilding is 85% nutrition.
