When first responders get there and see suspicious amounts of drugs (prescription or illegal) they have to treat it as a possible OD to make sure they do not do further harm. I imagine this would be more related to opioids/pain pills/etc.
I dont think anyone is surprised. This guy admits taking huge doses of steroids, insulin, and a host of dangerous drugs in the name of vanity. Nothing a body builder of his magnitude does is ever healthy.
