Ideally with some protein and healthy

At the moment some I already use : Small bowl of organic yougart, glass of milk, handful of cashew nuts.
Beef jerky, soups.

So what are some other good ones?

Almonds are my go-to staple healthy snack. Yogurt. Glass of whole milk. Cashews. Bananas/apples. I try and limit these but I also love those Cliff Bars....they have something like 12grams of protein and decent fiber.

Thanks for the reply. And yes they are all healthy snack options.

But they all have very little protein. Im after snack options with at least some protein. Doesnt have to be high protein.

Fruit, veggies, hummus, oatmeal with flax seed, peanut butter, etc.

Protein doesn't have to equate to animal sources or whey protein from nutrition companies.

I like a thin slice of cheese and apple slices in the mid-afternoon when I'm working outside. You can search around for a lower fat/sodium option for the cheese, which will have some protein.

Laughing Cow used to sell wedges that were 100 calories. They got too expensive for me, but that might not be a problem for you.

I generally get a block of whatever WI cheese is on sale, divide it into smaller portions, and then vac seal it, and put the portions I'm not using in the freezer. That way, there is no waste.

I actually don't snack that much anymore since I've been doing more intermittent fasting. I basically trained my body not to rely on snacks. It makes life easier and saves money. But here are some that I used to rely on before IF: hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, cottage cheese, edamame, and homemade muffins that are low carb and higher in fat and protein.

I keep a roasted chicken or some lean sliced meat in the fridge (turkey or ham)-
roll it up in a slice of cheese (I love that Jarlsberg swiss) and you can dip in mustard if you want- enjoy-
also eat with cherry tomatoes- its summer so we pretty much have a bowl of those out at all times, from our garden!

usually that combo of lean meat and cheese takes the edge off my hunger gives me a nice boost!

Peanut or almond butter, crunchy type plus cheese.

Nut mix of almonds, cachews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Plain yogurt with honey and almonds

Glass of nut milk with cinnamon. I heat it up in winter.

Hard boiled eggs have a good amount of protein and fat for relatively few calories.

If you're having milk after exercise, make it chocolate milk. Several studies show chocolate milk is better than gatorade or similar drinks after exercise. I don't recall the reasons why it's better. Go to any competitive swim meet. You'll find chocolate milk in abundance.
