Stamina and speed versus strength and bulk...

What do you think?

When I was 40 I was overweight, so the 18 year old probably would win.

I'm gonna be 42 years old now, not overweight and more muscular. So this current version would win

I'm 20 pounds heavier and stronger, but I get tired from standing for an hour these days.

I go with the 18 year old me...

I'm a lot meaner than I was at 18, and I make decisions a lot faster, so definitely the current old me.

The 18yo (unbridled beast) me would win a physical fight (not by much), but wouldn't stand a chance in an emotional duo.

40 year old me for sure. I've been active all of my life, but at 27 I added structure and since then became more fit. That, and at 18 I'd probably try to wail instead of actually having a plan of attack and thinking it through.

I still got a ways to go but before I hit 40, but based on my current fitness trajectory and the other things I plan to take up in my life, 40 year-old me will be able to whoop 18 year-old me.

I was an athlete back then but I think the one that's more angry has more chances.

At 18 I guess when I was wild and fearless, didn't care about consequences.

Now I would worry about my nose and hair and how much it would hurt and how long it takes to recover.

Technically, me at 40.

The stamina of 18 year old me would take 40 year old me out after a few rounds.

But of course 40 year old me is smart enough and skilled enough to try to take 18 year old me down to the mat and get a submission in the first round.
