I've done my due diligence researching the web on this issue but would like to hear any personal experiences. Any modifications in resistance levels, types of movements, sets, reps? How much time did you allow post surgery before resuming resistance workouts?

Also, did you make any changes in cardio workouts post surgery? I would assume that these exert less intraocular pressure than resistance routines.

I had my cataracts done 2 weeks apart.

2 weeks after the 2nd eye was done, the surgeon cleared me to resume cardio with no restrictions and yoga with no standing forward bends. He recommended I permanently drop all standing forward bends because of the risk of increased intraocular pressure.

I don't lift but my yoga routine includes strength and resistance poses.

My understanding is that the harm could be from increased eye pressure. So what your pressure was after surgery plays into this.
The exercises that increase the pressure are heavy lifting with the valsalva maneuver (breath hold). Make sure you don't hold your breath. You can drop the weights a bit and go higher reps.
