WW anyone?
Do any of you follow the Weight Watchers program if so Core or Flex Points?
Do you like it? Do you find that you are hungry all the time?
Thanks!!

I follow weight watchers Flex plan. I think it works really well, I lost 40 pounds (my goal) in 8 months. I probably could have done it faster, but you know how some weeks can be. I think what really worked for me was having a definate number of points, knowing that I had to make them last through the whole day, also I weighed in Sunday mornings, so I couldn't do the bad stuff Saturday night and get away with it! I really like their e-tools too. Of course having support from my weight watchers group was a huge help for me too.

Good for you, that is awesome! I have been thinking about joining online but may need the group encouragement.
Thanks for sharing

I started a post a while back and I really need support. Trying the flex but really felt hungry too. They moved my post somewhere else. I do think WW is a great program but I have to be accountable.

I have followed the WW flex plan and don't remember being hungry and I'm a snacker sometimes.

I think the only times I really get hungry on Weight Watchers is when I waste my points on cocktails Sometimes a margarita is worth the points though!!!

I followed the flex plan. I really believe in the green vegetables theory. I would eat greens each time I got hungry and it worked, plus they were free points. The bad part was that I saved my points for the weekend of drinking gin/tonic. It worked, I lost weight but not the best solution. I haven't been on WW in 3 years, but still follow their theory today. I don't measure any food, but remain a loyal fan of greens within my diet.

I agree. I don't lose weight as quickly if I don't eat my veggies.

I have done the flex plan and it generally works well for me. Would work better if I got up off my bum and worked out more .
What greens do you eat and how? Like cooked or raw? What are some of your fav ways to eat greens? I find that when I want to nibble, I don't really feel like veggies or fruit for that matter. I want chips/salsa/dip...
I, too, saved my points for going out and having a few drinks, but I always marked them down and I found that I drank my drinks much slower and enjoyed them more
