kelly from live with regis and kelly goes to this gym and they had a segment about it on the show.
what would you call the type of exercise they were doing and do you think there are dvd's that show how to do these moves?

I saw that. Appeared to be a dance inspired form of calisthenics. And it looked fairly challanging. Have no idea about a DVD - maybe google it?

well i found out through reading that they are isometric exercises...
has anyone tried t-tapp?

I tried T-Tapp about 10 years ago and it did nothing for me. I did it every day, and I even went to a weekend seminar that she held in Philly so that I could make sure that I was doing it correctly. It was a waste of money, IMO.

go to physique57.com and they have 3 dvds available.. I wish they had classes in places other than NYC, especially if they're going to be talking about it on morning shows....

i have all 3 dvd's and it does work. its so hard though for the first couple of weeks.you really have to keep up at it. i had my husband make me a ballet bar out of pvc pipes cause using a chair just doesn't cut it. its a great workout and you sweat and you will have the best looking butt and legs around. i would give it a try.
