Oatmeal, quinoa, and cream of wheat give me the bloats/gas.

So for breakfast I only eat eggs. Sometimes I eat yogurt but I heard you're not supposed to eat that in the morning instead only at night. So my options are limited.

I'm thinking of having tuna and some broccoli for breakfast. Maybe some other days tuna and sweet potatoes?

Please help form some ideas for breakfast.

What are you trying to achieve? Too fat and cutting? Protein with some fat, keep calories low.

I did a lot of shakes as I'm not a roll out of bend person and eat, made me nauseous. Since I was out the door at 6 a.m. though, if I didn't eat I was ravenous and looking for the nearest McDonald's in a few hours. Mostly variations off a basic peanut butter, banana shake. Two scoops unflavored whey, 2 tbp spoons peanut butter, half cup whipping cream/half cup water, medium banana, 2-3 tbsp cacao powder, giant handful of spinach (an acquired taste).

I mostly alternate between oatmeal, plain yogurt with a bit of fruit and granola for a topper, and egg scrambles now. I don't need to leave as early. Nothing wrong with yogurt in the morning. Stay away from stupid low-fat things with more sugar than a soda in them. Plain with some berries and a SMALL amount of granola. Granola is not health food. Unless you're making your own it's at best bad. It's almost all oat but small amount used may or may not give you GI issues that a big bowl of oatmeal does. GI issues and allergic aren't the same thing.

I'd rather look like I was 9 months pregnant (as a male) than to eat tuna and broccoli for breakfast every day. Egad.

You left out a lot - are you working out in the mornings? If so, I eat a small cereal bar plus milk mixed in with egg whites. That's enough carbs/protein to power me through a 90 min workout, then I eat a protein shake immediately after.

I eat only eggs for breakfast too. This morning had 4 whole eggs with fat free cheddar shreds and some coleslaw on top pre workout. Post workout, 4 whole eggs with a tad bit of ketchup and fat free shreds. Drinking 1 scoop whey protein drink this very minute at work.

For six pack abs I could keep up with this same plan but would have to increase cardio quite a bit. My b fat is comfortably low, six pack requires going below comfort levels.

You can stay with your eggs - ramp up cardio. Could do 6 oz of lean sirloin or ground turkey burgers with some veggies some mornings as well.

Eat actual food, is my recommendation. Tuna/broccoli would be fine although a bit unusual for those used to the traditional American breakfast.

I think you can eat yogurt any time you want.

How about --- bread?

Amazing, anyone can just invent anything and present it as fact. Yogurt for breakfast is bad, ya sure !!

If you want fat to go away eat less calories then you use every day for energy. Makes no difference what you eat for breakfast.

100 calories from bacon is the same as 100 calories of rice cakes.

A pound of feathers or pound of lead what weighs more ?

That's 8 (eight) eggs a day. I'd hate to think what your cholesterol levels must be like....

That's true. There's a lot of false information on the internet. I'm sometimes reluctant to try some of the workouts I see on instagram because of this.
