Only downer on them: the battery is NOT user replaceable. You have to send it in to Apple! I don't like that!

We bought the Apple protection plan and it includes battery replacement. What kinda sux is they don't replace the battery - they replace the iPod!! I guess that can be a good thing or bad but some people may hold a sentimental value to their iPods.
