Sit-Ups
How many Sit-Ups should I do every day and how long until I see any kind of change?

I am also doing push-ups, jogging three times a week and weightlifting. It's part of my physical fitness class in high school but I am doing it at home and I have to keep my teacher informed on what I am doing and he thought it was fine.

Id say give yourself a couple of weeks to see any changes, it depends on your bodies metabolism and how many calories you are taking in daily vs how many you are burning.
Personally I wouldnt recommend doing sit-ups everyday, Id go for every other day. With maybe 4 sets of 25, maybe some hanging leg raises also.

This is where you'll probably see any physical changes.
Doing a bunch of sit-ups will generally not give you "sick pack abs", that's more of an issue of losing body fat first and having strong abs second. Sit-ups do not target the area for fat loss.

well my personal favorite is chin-ups-reverse grip, also jumping rope, riding a bike, hiking, anything that burns calories.

Ive heard that jump roping for ten minutes is equivalent to thirty minutes of running. Dont know if its true but wow. I thought "ten minutes" piece of cake!" It is so much harder than running is for me. Its a good workout. They make jump ropes with weighted handles so maybe you should try that. My current one isnt weighted on the handles but im got little dumbells. good luck!!

What changes are you trying to see? Doing sit-ups will build your ab muscles a bit but if they are covered by fat then will remain covered by fat until you diet it down. I agree with whoever said to not do abs every day: like every other muscle abs need time to recover.

A good diet. The weightlifting could help too. Pretty much anything that burns calories.
