Just head to the gym. Dips will be really tough without a dip station and pullups/chinups can generally be done on a bar that's designed for the door frame. Still, instead of investing the money in those, just get a gym membership and all of a sudden you'll have a great variety of work you'll be able to do without apartment limitations.

well for chin ups and pull-ups, i usually just head to a local park to the monkey bars and use those for chin ups, also you can use a kitchen chair for a modified dip. use the seating part for a reverse dip, feet out in the floor, of course it wont be the same as a dip at the gym, but it beats not doing them.

I used to do dips using the inside corners of the fence around the deck of the house I was renting. I've also used kitchen countertops with inside corners. For pullups, I've used tree limbs or a pullup bar installed in the garage or down in the basement. You could do a modified dip between two chairs, with your heels resting on the ground ( this will really isolate the triceps ). You can increase the intensity of regular pushups by having your feet up on a chair with your hands on the floor. You can decrease the intesnity of a regular pushup by having your feet on the ground and doing them between chairs. Be creative!
