I just finished my first week of P90X! My body has never felt to strong in my life. I downloaded i90 Workbook from the App store on my iphone. I used to program to record my p90X workout stats and record my photos. I cant wait to see the difference in my body from my first week to my last week. I should finish just in time for the beach. Bring it!

Ok, you all convinced me. I'm giving it another round starting next week. I believe the next few months are crucial due to Holidays coming up and it will test my will power.

Started Round 2, Chest and Back today. Unable to pick myself up off the floor after the last Divebomber exercise. It was priceless and welcomed!

I have been walking 20 miles a week in addition to strength training 3x per week. I see results but I still have more fat to lose and I want toned physique. I think P90x is still too advance for me as I've only be consistently working out for 3 1/2 months. However, this thread is making me strongly consider doing the Power90 (in addition to walking 20mi/wk); it appears that program could help me knock off the last 20lbs.

Plyo was a killer even though I knew what to expect. I did Shoulders and Arms today and it felt great. I'm not lifting heavy to gain mass, just doing higher reps in hopes of toning. It's amazing how mentally and physically I feel after three days of Round 2. P90X, I've missed you! I'm walking around like a zombie since I am so sore though. I'll take it though!

I have the dvd's that I purchased on Ebay but I don't have the diet plan or any of the charts or the book. Does someone know if I actually need those things or if I could download them on the internet??? thanks for your help.

They are husband and wife who are very busy professionals who decided to try this program and I am just amazed at their results. My wife and I are thinking about trying this when she gets back in shape from her c-section.
Has anyone else here tried P90x? Ive never been this excited about a workout plan but seeing the results, Im really very impressed.

I'm sure you can download them from somewhere. I would google it and see what pops up.
I did Legs and Back today. A killer workout! It gets more intensified the further you go. I hate it, but man do I feel so good afterwards and all that hard work was worth it.

If you are walking 20 miles and strength training 3x per week, you should be able to handle p90x. You will begin to look forward to the challenging workouts.
Just do p90x, do it for 90 days. No more excuses. Can't you commit to something for 90 days? You can. Forget about power 90, or doing the "Lean"....just do p90x. It works, but you have to commit to it. You cant skip a couple of days, re-arrange the workouts, ...etc. 90 days...every day. You will see huge results.

That is/was very powerful and I definitely needed to hear it and read it. I am still committed to the 2010 1,000 mile challenge but I am going to start with P90 Masters Series.
