Default Home Gym

I just put a chin-up bar in my shed for under 18 dollars, I was gonna do it outside but figured it might rain. the 3/4" galv bar was 8.99 and the two u-bolt brackets were 2.99 each. I hung the bar with the u-bolts over the 2x4s in the rafters. Anyone else have homemade workout equipment?

I tried to put together some homeade equipment but failed miserably.

I was successful in putting together a homemade speed bag setup. Bought a speed bag at Sport Chalet for about $12.00 and found some old thick wood behind the garage that was probably used as a counter top. Bought some "L" brackets at the Home Depot for $1.99 and put it up in the garage. I'll see if I can post some pics of it later today.
