YEAH! I think i'll get this, instead of actually going outside and exercising, or better yet, why drive to the gym???

Do you actually see people who are not motivated to exercise in the first place, suddenly get Wii and do yoga? Please!!!

I would say that it works, but in addition of some other exercise such as walking. You will break a sweat as long as you commit and do more then just one or two of the exercises in each category. The more you do the more difficult things you unlock. I personally like the Hula Hoop, Step and boxing most so far...

I personally don't have time to go to the gym. I've had the Wii Fit for about a month. It's fun. Are you going to be a total health nut using it? No, but it gets you up and moving around. I really like the strength training excercises, and the balance games. If you are a gym rat then it would be a waste of money, but if you like to work out at home, and want some variety to your work out routines, then I would recommend it.
