I was just wondering, besides water, what else you guys are drinking?
Anyone using Life/Vitamin water, I found it to be quiet tasty
I can't stand Gatorade or Powerade, or anything like that, but i really enjoy the above water.
Also, Ocean Spray came out with this new Cranergy drink loaded with B vitamins, quiet tasty as well.

What do you all drink??

generic Mountain Dew...

I know, I know, not too healthy...but it's not as expensive as buying juice, or the little "on the go" flavorings for water bottles--which I've had.

I don't drink anything with chemical **** in it. So that leaves water, coffee, tea, juice, and milk. Though occaisionally I will have a Jones soda, they at least still make it qith real, actual suger.

I drink tea, both hot and iced. Once in a while I break down & drink a Pepsi. Mostly water for me.

Vitamin water is one of the worst things you can drink (along with other things). Yh, it sounds good "vitamin", but loaded with sugar. I can not remember where I read it, but it is true.
