Some of you probably know this, but it was a great discovery for me
1lb of fat = 3,500 calories
So, for me to lose 20lb, i need to burn 70,000 calories. If i am to burn around 500 calories per day, it will take me about 5 month to achieve my goal
Or less... losing 1-2lbs/week is not a difficult or uncommon feat. As you clean up your diet and ramp up your activity level you will burn very effectively.
