Default I need to gain weight A.S.A.P.

I started this job a year ago doing Refuse work. I basically get paid to work out 10 hours a day. The weight I've been working so hard to gain over the last 14 years is no longer there. I've lost 40# over the last 12 months. I tried eating all sorts of starchy food and bread products, but can't seem to gain any weight. I'm at the point that my body doesn't have anymore fat to loose. (I should be so lucky my wife says) if she smell food she gain weight. Although I feel stronger and look younger than the prevoius years. What NATURAL food products can I try, to help me gain weight. I'm 6'1'' currently at 146#. I've consume more than the regulated 2000 calories a day. My diet consist of Jennio Turkey products, fish and chicken. I splurge here and there and eat beef products. Occasionally on holidays I eat pork.

Not sure what you mean by natural food products.. but I know ice cream works wonders for gaining weight, and Ben and Jerry's is all Natural. It's also known for its huge calorie amount... LOL

Yup...one of my professors as an undergrad was from Taiwan, and ate a container (think he said a half gallon!) of ice cream a day in order to gain weight and avoid mandatory military service...worked great for him!

Ice cream is too expensive these days, can't afford that method. If I was single with no kids, maybe. Unnatural ways such as, protein shakes and creatine as a way of building muscle mass. I don't need the blood clots.

What do protein shakes and creatine have to do with blood clots?

The only thing to do when you want to gain weight is to eat more. What can we say? Eat more calories- beef is a great friend to those trying to gain.

Protein shakes and creatine costs more than buying ice cream; although, they are healthier. There are plenty of weight gaining plans out there; particularly at body building websites. Have you tried to google this info?

Peanut butter and jelly in a bowl. It's cheap. And yummy. And it will pack on the pounds. Sugar+fat+protein. Mmmmm

Costco......weight gain muscle powder. Mix it into a smoothie with juice and frozen fruit. Drink it three times a day. I guarantee you will gain at least 10 pounds the first month, plus it is relatively healthy.

You can also drink 4-6 ensures a day. However, these can get expensive, but they work and work fast.

I tried pbj sandwiches for a while. 70ford good ideal, I might just start eating a jar of that premix until I get sick of it. If it work I'll let you know. Someone I know wasted $80 dollars on a container of muscle building mix, that didn't work for him so I not willing to waste my money. Maybe my body metabolism have to catch up to my work ethics.
