I'm with you on that. In addition to the gym membership is just the time it takes commuting, changing, getting dressed for work if you go in the morning or the time it takes after work. I prefer to have the equipment at home or do something outside weather permitting then be in the gym. The only draw back is a gym has more equipment and classes then I could ever squeeze out of a home gym.
I find a treadmill, spinning bike(when I can tolerate the seat) and my pilates tape pretty good for getting results. Of course I have to eat well too though!
Unfortunately my husband, who is an ultra marathon runner, burned out our treadmill last year and we never replaced it. He uses the spinning bike a lot, but it hurts me (I have another thread - "Saddle Sore". I figure if I can find something I can stick with I am happy. That tread climber just looked pretty interesting. I'd like to give it a go.
My treadmill goes to 12 and I still can only do a 6 grade for any length of time! I like the idea of the treadclimber but I am not sure I could sustain that incline for too long.
i have a sore muscle for a year and never now and its worse and they say there is no treatment for it
