is it normal for a man to feel uncomfortable with **** off or tank top?
Ever since I has been working out I have felt uncomfortable taking my shirt off and walking around because of my developed upper body. My pecs and nice arms cause to much attention and people stare. Even wearing tank tops to the gym make me feel uncomfortable. Everywhere I go, even to the beach, I feel uncomfortable. Is this normal?
It kind of reminds me of an old Sat Night Live skit where they have Antonio Banderes and some other guy. Antonio Banderes wants to take off his shirt and the other guy keeps saying to him "you can not. It's too sexy! You can not! Don't do it! It's too Sexy!" And Antonio Banderes takes off his shirt and it's too much. That is kind of how I feel. It's too much to take. Any help please?

I'm not kidding. This is a serious matter.
I don't even like to walk around in public with my shirt off because of my massive pecs and built arms. My upper body is very developed.
People stare, women smile, men look pissed off. It's too much. I'm not confident because of the attention. My friends say I should just "own it."
There has to be other lifters that have this problem and can help.

Antonio Banderas
If you are comparing your build to Antonio Banderas you are not that built.
I personally think you are full of it. Sorry but your posts sound suspect.

Come on. Who talks like that?

Stay inside the restaurants, shops, and offices. They usually post signs against people coming in without shirts or shoes.

Seriously? lol.....most guys I know are pretty built and they strutt it like 24/7 and trust me....they have not a problem with it ......if your serious then i'm not sure what to tell you.....I know for girls it's the fact that sometimes too much attention is scary.....but I've honestly never heard of a guy having this problem....maybe just do whatever makes you most comfortable and try to care less about what other ppl think.

I see a few possibilities here:
1- You take yourself too seriously
2- You care too much about what others think
3- You take yourself too seriously
Here's an ego check: your lower body is underdeveloped compared to your upper body. Remember that you have a flat ass and underdeveloped quads and hams.

I think you've hit itm Humboldt1.
There are many, many guys running around who do nothing but show off their muskles. This problem frankly sounds either absurd or like someone who is so wrapped up in himself that he imagines much of this attention.
People have been exposed to overdeveloped creatures for decades, via the movies like Schwartzeneggar's various efforts, and I think the ooh and aah factor is imaginary or the post is just a pile of made-up baloney.
